As a certified professional coach, change manager, trainer, and facilitator, I have over 30 years of experience in leadership training and business consulting. This includes work in business assessment and transformation, training and development, team building, and conducting structured off-site events for leaders.
It begins with learning from, and listening to, the team I am working with. The goal is to address the issues everyone on the floor already knows exist. From there, I work with leaders to create a plan to address those gaps through a transformation process that includes building a culture that empowers their team to address them. The goal is to have them grow into leaders in their own right and make decisions independently, without waiting for instructions. This freedom is crucial for helping leaders and their organizations thrive.
I help organizations determine and develop the culture that best aligns with their goals and objectives. As part of that, I create custom-made leadership development training programs that form the foundation for this cultural change. I am the trusted advisor and advocate that leaders can lean on during the transition to that new culture and operation.
I have extensive experience providing business assessments and developing transformation blueprints to address issues uncovered in them.
