Meet James Albers, Founder & Managing Partner

I’m a trusted advisor and seasoned leader in operational excellence and leadership system design, with a proven track record guiding organizations through transformation and sustainable performance improvement. 


As the founder and managing partner of Rubicon Solutions Inc., I’ve dedicated my career to helping organizations translate executive intent into defining culture and installing Operational Excellence with measurable results.


My work centers on building the frameworks and leadership behaviours that turn strategy into disciplined execution and align teams around a shared sense of purpose. Drawing on Prosci Change Management methodologies and decades of hands-on experience in performance improvement, I help organizations evolve from reactive management to proactive, empowered leadership.


I have collaborated directly with executives to design and deliver leadership development programs and coaching that define, align, and strengthen organizational culture. 


My approach combines the rigour of continuous improvement with the humanity of leadership coaching. Through targeted workshops, mentoring, and embedded transformation initiatives, I help leaders and their teams navigate complexity, communicate with intent, and execute with coherence and resilience.


At the heart of my work is a simple belief: leadership alignment is the engine of progress. My purpose is to help organizations not only adapt to change but thrive through it — with clarity, alignment, and action.
